All Hand-Crafted Products: sales are final & nonrefundable. Thank you for your understanding! 

Exchanges must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving their package. If your just not happy with your purchase, changed your mind or it wasn't what you expected. Please email me on how you would like to proceed whether it be an exchange, replacement or store credit.

Note: Products must be unused

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless you received your item damaged. Email a photo of the damaged item within 7 business days and I will replace it at no additional cost to you, shipping included. Once I have received the item and it has been approved for an exchange, I will update you at that time. Please note, this process can take up to 7 business days. Upon approval, please allow 10-14 business days on exchanges for your new package to arrive before contacting customer support.
